A propos d'embrayages ROTAX, je cris que notre ami Laurent L termine l'adaptation d'un embrayage semi auto américain sur un 250 ROTAX, peut être nous fera t'il un sujet là dessus bientôt.

Yes Martin that is what I should do and will do. At the moment I am building another bike that is taking all my money and time.
Just for the discussion this is what I have done to make the clutch usable.
The set up I run is a Ballard’s light pull leaver and perch, Venhill featherlight cable. The arm on the cam disk has been extended by 10mm. The bearings have been removed and replaced with steel shim pads and the cams on the disk have been polished.
I am still working out the adjustment but the pull is lighter and smoother. It is very on and off but when it engages there is no slip. It should stay like this for longer because the ball bearings would dig into the cams on the disk, changing the adjustment and making the clutch pull harder.
I am thinking of trying the magura leaver it may help getting the adjustment right.
I am trying one on the brake as well.
I will ride it for 2Hrs or so and take the cover off to see how things look.

bonjour voici peut etre l'arme absolue pour l'embrayage ROTAX le but c'est d'y monter la piece photo 1
nécessite une cloche taillée dans la masse + decoupe d'un carter d'embrayage + greffe d'un couvercle d'allumage car la piece 1 fait 12 mm + quelques bricoles je pense que la mise au point va etre delicate
