Hi Noel

I found out on another site that a 250 Kramer with a Rotax motor was fitted with a Mikuni from standard, the jet sizes are :-

Carb Diameter 34
Needle 6DH7
Jet max 279
Idle jet 35
Slide 2,5
Atomiser jet 159-P8

So slide, pilot and main should be about right....just the needle/atomiser different

It is two weeks until Classic Dirt, As I am helping organize it I will not have time to do any setup on my bike.
So I would like to ask this question again.

What color did you choose for the frame?

The color was matched by the paint shop.

When I got the bike it came with a box of spares, in the box was 5 47T sprockets but they were for the bigger SWMs so they were 525 or 530 :quoi:.

I have had one turned down to fit a 520 chain,

Do you put grease on the drive rubbers If yes what type? I got 52 of these with the bike

Non, pas de graisse sur les caoutchouc, surtout pas de graisse de base pétrolière. Les caoutchouc ne vont pas supporter.

La graisse risque de s'amalgamer avec la poussière et se transformer en pâte à roder.

My rebuilds still going.

I have had the alloy hydrablasted and the spokes and bolts plated.


NOS chain guide and new plates.


I have given the shocks an upgrade.

I have taken the clutch apart, hoping to make the pull lighter :hein:
J'ai pris l'embrayage en dehors, dans l'espoir de rendre le pull léger :/

I will have the surface machined smooth were the bearings run.
