keihin pwk carb on Rotax 175 & 250

I have been doing some more jetting work with this carb on my 175. I have now gone to 52PJ & 145MJ.
The bike goes much better with the PWK than the Mikuni.

It needs a sleeve. The air boot is for a Dellorto. I have used the same sleeve I was using for the Mukini.

Does it fit the airbox rubber perfectly or did you had to make a sleeve?

Thanks for sharing your experiences. As Keihin PWK are generally very good carbs, it should work fine.

I have put a 35mm PWK with a 45PJ and 160 main on my 175. It is great much more low down power. Will be racing it next Wend so will let you know how it goes.

Has any one put a PWK Air Striker Carb on to a Rotax?

I am thinking a 35mm or 33mm for my 175 and if it will fit maybe a 36 on my 250?

The 35 I have has a 55 Piolet jet & a 160 Main jet.
