A friend is buying a SWM 250. The seller is saying that it has a 305cc bore kit.
Could this be done?
Would it be a new sleve in the pot?
Rotax 250 to 305?

G'day Noel
That will use the 76mm trials piston.
If your friends 250 started life as a short stroke motor 72mm the barrel can be bored to fit the larger trials piston as both motors share the same rod.
On your other post about sprocket bolts, are you after the long 7mm bolts to suit the quick release hubs, if so I may be able tp help.
Cheers
Martin
