Hi my friend
I try to pass you the official Registro Storico Ancillotti pics of the 250's
as you can see, the 79 model is two versions, even if black and white photos, you can see that one is clearly red tank, with white sticker, and the other has a white sticker, usually put on canary yellow tanks, it looks having a yellow frame , tank, and fenders, and white side panels and front light case.

thanks for the kind answer, have you clicked the link in my post? have a look if you have time, there are three versions of the regolarita' 250, and even if photo is black and white, red looks very different from yellow. I would enjoy to know what you think of those pics.
unfortunately the Registro St. Ancillotti email is not working, and on FB they don't look very kind and didn't answer.

Hello DJFIRE. I am not an expert of Ancillotti s , but i think that the yellow 79 biles were homologated cross bikes, the FH were red and white.

Hi , i already tried to introduce myself since it's required, but there's no trace of my yesterday's post.
I am djfire from Italy, and i am restoring a Ancillotti FH 250. 1979.
I am stuggling to know the right colors. I've seen a lot of yellow ones, obviously is the most charming color, but i have to make a perfectly conform to the original specs rebuild, 'cos i gotta go for the registration and it has to be perfect.
It looks like the 1979 Ancillotti made three 250 versions for regolarita':

1) six days (white)
2) FH 250 (red)
3) FH 250 (???) colors of the last one are very hard to define, because the only original photo i found is in black and white, on the Registro Storico Ancillotti, it looks like a yellow frame, yellow fuel tank, yellow front fender, white sides plates white rear fender and white front plate with light case.
am i right? anyone could please help? posting original pics? this is the link of the photo i talked
