J'ai un piston en 54.213 donc première côté de réparation !!

Mais cela ne me donne pas la cause de ses marques sur l'ancien piston :hehe:

Wow that is much . Doesn't matter because i still measure the wall of the barrel . Iam not 100% sure , but i think my biggest bore (machined one) wasn't bigger than 55mm .

I don't think so that Woessner had a cylinder in his hands to figger out how the biggest piston he could mount to it . Iam not sure . I think some one told him we need piston up to ... . There mußt be a reason for it that Sachs isn't producing pistons over 54.xxxmm for the 7speed engines . :clin: :clin: :clin:

You can bore the barrel as much as the thickness of the barrel is not under 3mm . Under this thickness the barrel could be able to move an that means a horrable engine damage . If you have to bore to ~55.00 and over you need an ASSO pistons , for ~55.00mm bore a 54.40 stamped piston . This pistons are working only with cast iron barrels !

L shape ring = old version --> wörks only with cast iron barrel .

square shape ring = new version works in all cylinders/barrels and nikasil coated .
