Just bought a wrk 90 or 91 in a mess! My problems or symptoms are as follows :- Loads of kicking over and no starting. Starting with high reving then ticking over ok. Bogging down stalling. loads more kicking and kick backs, backfire and now my kickstarter is broken. Cracked the case around the idle cog pinuion.
Not sure if it was completely me that broke it or if it was on it's way as the kicker kept slipping. After looking into it I noticed the 2000 case has a fixed pinuion bolted to the casing with 3 bolts. according to the parts manual it is not available to buy.
I will post some more to this thread as I continue the restoration.
picture are of my 91 cracked case and the 2000 with fixed pin
The cases look exactly the same but i can't find any solid evidence they are only looking at the parts manuals. Any one know if they are.

Sorry, I do not really understand the question (my english is to bad... )
But if you are a facebook-member, look to the Cagiva WMX group,
maybe there will be a specialist who can help you (because it is a
Cagiva-engine). And you can ask for parts.
And here you can look to some microfishes:

Search on ebay for a crank case in good condition or one repaired.
I have the same matter last year and it's common on this engine...
I have found a carter wich was resealed and today it's ok.
You can also find a welder and make repaired your carter, i think it will be getter enhancing it.
Good luck for your research, and take care about carter are different between some wrk.
