36 n'est pas un Ø standard de douilles à aiguilles.
On trouve plus facilement des paliers en bronze.
Il faut trouver deux bagues internes. Des axes de piston pourraient convenir. La difficulté et de connaitre le Ø interne.

Hi,
I am presently looking for a solution how to replace the rubber bearing in the swing arm of my Beta 125 RC from 1977. I'd like to replace the worn out rubber bearings with needle roller bearings. The removal of the old bearings had already been quite difficult, but finding a replacement seems to be even harder.
The bore diameter in the swing arm is 36 mm and the diameter of the axis is 16 mm. The width of the two bearing bushings is 35 mm each. On each side of either one of them there is a gap of approximately 3,5-4 mm that is being filled with one steel and one rubber washer each (each one 2 mm and 1,5 mm thick).
Standard bearings do neither have an inner diameter of 16 mm nor an outer diameter of 36 mm. So I figure I will have to install special sleeves.
Has anyone already solved that problem?
